Course Description
The Cytology Specimen Processing apprenticeship program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip aspiring healthcare professionals with the necessary knowledge and skills to train participants to effectively process cytological specimens using standard methods and technologies. By the end of the training, trainees will be able to perform specimen preparation, prepare cytological cell blocks, operate Thinprep machines, and identify factors of cross-contamination.
