1. Introduction and Changes

Please read these Terms of Use and the agreements below before registering for or using the Online Education System (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms, along with our SMS terms and Privacy Policy, constitute agreements (“Agreements”) between you and the Online Education System. By using any Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Agreements. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may change the Agreements at any time. If you are a registered user, we will notify you of any changes via the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Agreements. If you find the changes unacceptable, please discontinue your use of the Services.

2. Programs

The Online Education System offers online and in-person courses, programs, and other offerings in various fields (each referred to as a “Program”). We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any Program, as well as modify its content, including the point value or weight of assignments, exams, or other assessments.

3. Conduct

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any User Content you submit, post, contribute, publish, or distribute. “User Content” includes all content in any format shared on the Services, such as notes, questions, answers, comments, personal information, pictures, videos, and file uploads. In certain courses and programs, User Content may also include audio or video transmissions of your voice or image.

You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Agreements and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including privacy and copyright laws, as well as any laws related to the transmission of technical data from your country of residence and Saudi Arabia's export control laws.

The following types of content (“Prohibited Content”) are strictly prohibited on the Services:

  •  Content that defames, harasses, discriminates against, or threatens others.
  •  Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
  •  Content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property rights.
  •  Content that you do not have the right to disclose.
  •  Profane, pornographic, obscene, or unlawful content.
  •  Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
  •  Content related to partisan political activities.
  •  Content that contains intentionally inaccurate information or is intended to mislead others.

The Online Education System reserves the right to remove any Prohibited Content it becomes aware of but is not obligated to do so.

Additionally, you agree not to:

a) Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any part of the Services or disrupt the enjoyment of other users.

b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, accounts, or networks connected to the Services through hacking, password mining, or other means.

c) Obtain or attempt to obtain materials or information not intentionally made available through the Services.

d) Copy or use any part of the Services except as expressly permitted under the Agreements.

e) Use automated means (such as robots, spiders, or scripts) to access the Services.

f) Frame any part of the Services or create pop-up windows that affect the display of its pages.

g) Manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the Services.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access most Services, you must create a personal account (“User Account”) by providing an email address, password, and any additional required information. For virtual classroom courses, you may need separate login credentials (“Login Credential”).

You agree to keep your User Account and Login Credential confidential and not share them with anyone. You will create and use only one User Account and will not access the Services through any other account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any loss or damage from unauthorized access.

When registering, you may need to provide additional information, such as your name and location. You warrant that all information is accurate and agree to keep it updated. If any information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may terminate your access to the Services at our discretion.

5. License Grant and Intellectual Property Rights

In exchange for your agreement to these Terms, the Online Education System grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services as outlined in the Agreements.

You may use Online Education System Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and you may copy or modify it as necessary. However, you may not transfer, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from this content, nor may you reverse-engineer any software used in the Services.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Online Education System and its affiliates.

6. Integration

These Terms of Use, along with the Online Education System Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms, form the complete agreement between you and the Online Education System regarding your use of the Services. This agreement replaces any previous agreements concerning your use of the Services. You may receive additional terms during your registration or access, or on specific Program web pages. These terms may include details about the registration process, specific fees, or Program requirements. Your registration, enrollment, or participation is contingent upon your acceptance and adherence to these additional terms.

7. Payment

Full payment for participation in a course or program is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Online Education System. Specific payment details and terms will be provided on the relevant Program-specific webpage or within the applicable Service.

8. Refunds

If you withdraw before the start of a Program, you may choose either a refund (eligible for all or part of the course fees, minus a processing fee) or to have your fees credited to a wallet for future courses. Wallet credits will be valid for six months and can be used to register for any available courses.

If you withdraw after the Program has started, or if you violate the Agreements or any Program-specific policies, refunds will typically not be issued unless the Online Education System decides otherwise.

9. Copyright Policy

Course materials provided during the Program are for your personal use only and are subject to copyright law. Participants are expected to comply with all copyright regulations at all times.
