The Introduction to Microbiology Lab Training Program is designed to equip trainees with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills necessary for working proficiently in a Microbiology Lab, covering key areas such as Bacteriology, TB, Mycology, Virology, and Molecular Diagnostics. This program focuses on the entire workflow of the microbiology laboratory, from the initial receipt of a sample to the final issuance of results. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in identifying common microorganisms typically encountered in a clinical microbiology setting, performing antibiotic susceptibility tests, and interpreting the results. This comprehensive training ensures that participants are well-prepared to contribute effectively to the microbiology laboratory environment, enhancing their capabilities in diagnostic science.
