Course Description

The Radiation Therapy Department at King Faisal Hospital is dedicated to offering a comprehensive one-year internship program designed to equip aspiring radiation therapists with the skills and knowledge necessary for excellence in the field. Interns will immerse themselves in all key aspects of radiation therapy throughout this year-long program, including patient assessment, simulation, and the precise delivery of radiation treatments for both pediatric and adult patients.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, the trainee will be able to:

Apply all radiation therapy knowledge and skills including patient assessment, simulation, and precise radiation delivery.
Apply theoretical knowledge independently in real-world clinical settings.
