The Stem Cell Processing and Cord Blood Bank Training Program is meticulously structured to impart essential skills in stem cell processing for the treatment of both malignant and non-malignant conditions. This training equips participants with cutting-edge techniques vital for the efficient handling and use of stem cells, starting with mastering CD34/CD3 quantitation through flow cytometry methods. Trainees will also become proficient in using the SEPAX II machine for plasma depletion in minor compatibility allogeneic products and the CBAX machine for RBC depletion in major compatibility allogeneic products.

By the end of this training, the trainee will be able to:

1. Operate CD34 / CD3 Quantitation using flow cytometry method.
2. Identify the principles of Plasma Depletion in Minor Compatibility Allogeneic Products using SEPAX II Machine.
3. Identify the principles of RBC Depletion in Major Compatibility Allogeneic Products using CBAX Machine.
4. Operate the Stem Cell Harvest Cryopreservation using Control Rate Freezer (CRF).
